JOB SUMMARY:
As we strive to provide exceptional real estate service. We are hiring a Sales Associate who is willing to promote sales of the products & services of the organization, adhering to the company standards, & vision. The Sales Associate needs to demonstrate the ability to meet and match each client’s unique needs using the most suitable inventory. The individual must exemplify the ability to provide superior customer service as well as to be able to professionally resolve challenges or conflicts that may surface during interactions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure service standards are maintained during interactions including but not limited to the following clients, contractors, utility companies, employees, etc.
- Use excellent grammar and professional language in all correspondence following company standards.
- Maintain knowledge of the service lines and company inventory to match clients’ needs appropriately
- Attract prospective clients to promote new business
- Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
- Follow-Up on leads to increase sales
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking and keep records in the CRM
- Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
- Accompany buyers during property visits, and inspections, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting and function as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, neutrally representing both.
- Take photographs and Videos of properties for listing according to company standards
- Preparation of contracts/leases between clients and property owners
- Promote sales of properties as per company marketing strategy; e.g., conducting open houses
- Build a network of relationships to support marketing efforts and strategy
- Assist colleagues where necessary
- Maintain confidentiality about the operations of the organization
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum requirements English Language and Mathematics at the CSEC level
- At least two (2) years of work experience in a professional service and sales environment is an asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Technology driven
- Demonstrate working experience in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and One Drive
- Ability to multi-task, and show good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere and attention to detail
- Self-motivation & driven
- Must be able to ask questions to the Leadership Team and be open to feedback that will help with the learning experience
- The ability to be responsive, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Candidate MUST have access to a personal vehicle
- The ability to be flexible in working hours, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid driver’s license. Consistent driving experience within the last 2 years
