Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the Property Management Division.
Responsibilities include but it’s not limited to:
- Providing property owners with excellent property management service, including checking in and checking out tenants on behalf of the owners.
- Preparation of leases
- Coordinating the maintenance of properties using skilled professionals
- Tenant management
- Accurate and timely financial transactions
- Preparation of monthly reports and outlines of division performance
- Marketing, sourcing, and negotiating new business to meet and exceed set targets
- Develop plans and standing operating procedures that will help with efficiency and performance
- Filing and scanning of documents
- Communicate with internal and external vendors
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies
Requirements and Skills:
- An associate degree or experience in areas of Business Management
- English Language at the CSEC level
- Proven work experience as a manager or supervisor
- Ability to be confidential
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Works well in a team environment and possesses the ability to engage employees and make the workplace more effective and efficient
- Excellent leadership skills, social skills, and knowledge of active listening
- Knowledge of real estate will be an asset
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve
- Competence in a variety of software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams or One Drive.
- Valid driver’s license. Consistent driving experience within the last 2 years
